The firm is made up of patent attorneys, with a technical background, attorneys at law and lawyers, specialised in intellectual property, and IP rights managers with more than 150 years’ collective experience.
A global network of correspondents
The firm has developed a global network of correspondents, also multi-disciplinary (patent and trademark attorneys, consultants, legal experts and IP rights managers), with whom we have been working in confidence for several decades and who provide us with technical and legal assistance in most countries. This enables us to obtain IP rights, arrange for their commercial use and defend them on behalf of our clients internationally.
We attach great importance to nurture this network and meet regularly with our foreign colleagues, whether within the framework of international professional organisations (INTA AIPPI etc.) or at the events that we organise.br />br />
In this respect, and under the guidance of Frédéric Benech, the firm has taken the initiative to organise the Patent Cup, an annual sailing regatta which takes in a different part of the globe (recently in Split, New York and Porquerolles).
