JIHAE AHN

Lawyer

Jihae has been a lawyer at Cabinet Benech since 2010

After gaining a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics (University of Paris 7 Denis Diderot) followed by a DEA in Economic Analysis and Modelling (applied to R&D, the environment and natural resources) in 2000 at the University of Paris 1, in partnership with the Ecole Centrale de Paris, Jihae worked at the Permanent Delegation of Republic of Korea to the OECD as an economist-administrator.

She then gained experience at the National Research Foundation of Korea, in the research policy department as a research assistant and researcher. This experience gave her the desire to broaden her legal skills in the field of research and protecting it. She then studied a Master 2 in Corporate Law at the University of Paris Dauphine and graduated in 2010.

At Cabinet Benech, Jihae acts both as a agent and litigator in all areas of intellectual property, and particularly in patent and trademark cases in France and internationally.
