Administrative proceedings before the INPI (French trademarks) and EUIPO (European Union trademarks)

We defend your interests before the offices (INPI, EUIPO) by initiating any administrative proceedings (opposition, invalidity or forfeiture action) against trademarks that may cause confusion with your rights and/or by representing you in such proceedings.

Litigation in France

We represent you in all pre-litigation or legal proceedings relating to trademarks: claims and/or infringement actions before the competent courts. At the start of the infringement litigation, we implement and organise the specific existing fact-finding procedure in the matter: the saisie-contrefaçon. In this respect, we have developed a national network of bailiffs enabling us to intervene effectively throughout France to provide evidence of the infringement of your rights.

We obtain your trademark rights before the competent offices in France (INPI, i.e. the french IP office), in Europe (EUIPO) or internationally (before the WIPO i.e. World Intellectual Property Organisation or through our correspondents).

Managing your rights

Our lP rights managers monitor and manage your trademarks on a daily basis. They’ll remind you of the various deadlines for extending and renewing them, as well as on other matters.

Trademark searches / Monitoring

Before filing, we carry out prior trademark search to check that third parties do not hold any prior rights to the sign used to create your trademark. Once the rights have been obtained, we also monitor the registers to detect any violation of your rights.

We assist you in negotiating and drafting agreements concerning the commercial use of the trademarks (confidentiality agreements, licence agreements, transfer agreements, coexistence agreements).
